3 Shift Production Operator

Vibe Recruit are working with a leading British manufacturer of quality metal ceilings and bespoke architectural metalwork in the Bridgend area. They design and supply commercial ceilings and interiors and produce suspended ceilings for a vast range of spaces, for all matter of public and private clients across the world.

We are looking for experienced production staff who have previously worked with hand tools, and who can work in a fast paced busy environment. Some of the roles may also include heavy lifting.

The role will be Monday to Friday on a 3 shift pattern.

One week morning shift 6am-2pm, the next week afternoons 2pm-10pm, the week after 10pm-6am.. Candidates will need to be flexible to cover both shifts.

Rate of pay are £12 per hour with a 10% shifts allowance on mornings (£13.20ph)

Afternoons is £12 per hour with 18% shift allowance (£14.16ph)

Nights is £12 per hour with a 33% shift allowance (£15.96ph)

All applicants will need to attend a registration and onsite induction. This is an ongoing role which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
