Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Proactively search for potential clients by leveraging both existing networks and building new relationships. Ensure proposals are well-researched, relevant, and compelling.Negotiate Terms of Service and Manage Client Expectations: Lead negotiations to establish service terms that align with client requirements and the company’s objectives. Communicate clearly throughout negotiations to manage client expectations, building long-term, productive relationships.Recruitment Process Management:Oversee the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from job requisition to placement. Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates, maintaining quality at every step of the process.Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Innovate and implement strategies for sourcing top-tier candidates. Utilize LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to engage high-quality talent. Continuously adapt strategies based on effectiveness and market trends.Screen Resumes and Conduct Initial Interviews: Carefully review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Employ structured methods to ensure thorough evaluation and match candidates to suitable roles.Coordinate and Schedule Interviews: Handle logistical aspects of the interview process, including scheduling and coordination between clients and candidates. Ensure efficient communication and timely feedback throughout the process.Provide Feedback and Guidance: Offer constructive feedback to both candidates and clients. Provide career advice and interview preparation support to candidates, improving their chances of success and overall experience.Negotiate at the Offer Stage: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to reach mutually acceptable terms and ensure a smooth transition from offer to acceptance.Provide Candidate Relocation Support: Assist with candidate relocation needs by providing guidance on logistics, housing, and other relevant aspects to ensure a successful transition into the new role.Candidate Relationship Management:Build and Maintain a Strong Network of Candidates: Develop a robust candidate network through consistent communication and proactive engagement, building long-term relationships to create a reliable talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.Align Candidates with Job Opportunities: Gain an understanding of candidates' career goals, matching them with opportunities that fit their skills and interests. Provide personalized support to help candidates achieve their career objectives.Offer Career Advice and Preparation: Help candidates improve their marketability through resume guidance, interview techniques, and career development advice. Offer tailored support during the job search to ensure candidates’ success.Client Relationship Management:Understand Clients’ Organizational Needs: Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' company cultures, job requirements, and hiring needs. Use this knowledge to deliver recruitment solutions tailored to their strategic and operational objectives.Provide Market Insights and Trends: Share industry trends and market insights with clients to inform their hiring decisions. Offer strategic advice based on current market conditions to help clients stay competitive.Ensure High Levels of Client Satisfaction: Deliver recruitment services that meet or exceed client expectations. Address concerns or issues promptly, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.Administration and Reporting:Maintain Accurate Records: Keep meticulous documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This ensures process efficiency and compliance with company policies.Prepare and Present Recruitment Metrics: Generate reports on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Use these reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process to minimize risks and maintain high standards.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with Directors and Recruitment Teams: Work closely with team members and directors to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Foster a collaborative environment to improve recruitment effectiveness and achieve collective goals.Participate in Team Meetings and Training: Actively engage in team meetings, professional development sessions, and training. Stay updated on recruitment techniques and industry trends to contribute to the team’s success. Leadership Development:Prepare for Senior Leadership Transition: Actively prepare for a transition into a senior leadership role, specifically as the Global Head of Client Services and Delivery.
