360 Operators (20tn & 30tn) - Milton Keynes

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced 360 Operators to work on a major construction project in Milton Keynes. If you have experience operating 20-tonne and 30-tonne excavators, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate 360-degree excavators (20tn & 30tn) in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform backfilling tasks and assist with pre-cast operations.
  • Carry out routine checks and maintenance of machines, ensuring operational safety.
  • Assist the site team with general labour duties as required.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, reporting any issues to the site supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS card.
  • Proven experience operating 20tn and 30tn machinery.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • All candidates will undergo a Drug & Alcohol (D&A) test during induction.
  • Competitive pay rates and opportunities for overtime.
  • Long-term project with immediate starts available.
