They are seeking a talented and passionate 3D/CAD Designer to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to create detailed 3D models and CAD drawings for luxury garden projects. Interpret and transform initial concepts into high-quality visual representations. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring their ideas are accurately reflected in the designs. Produce technical drawings and plans that will be used for manufacturing and installation. Utilize design software to refine and enhance garden layouts, structures, and features. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and company guidelines. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and expertise to improve design outcomes. Assist in the continuous development and improvement of design processes and standards. Requirements: Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and material properties. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to interpret and visualize complex designs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A degree or certification in 3D Design, CAD, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
