3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer: Microsoft 365

We are currently recruiting for a senior / 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer on Microsoft Technologies with knowledge of Office 365 skills spanning Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint & Office toolset to join a contract role for a UK Gov Department, hybrid working in Cumbria

Contract is rolling for 6 months with the possibility for remote working and two days per week - working on site in Cumbria

\n

Essential skills and experience:

\n

\n
• Senior / 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer on Microsoft Technologies, previous experience in a DevOps Environment
\n
• Office 365 skills: Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint
\n
• Knowledge of Active Directory / Group Policy / DNS / DHCP / WSUS
\n
• Expert documentation abilities
\n
• Experience using ITSM tools and strong understanding of ITSM (ITIL) best practices
\n
• Experience Managing stakeholders
\n

Desirable: Public sector background igood to have
