Do you have demonstrable experience of managing and monitoring infrastructure and networks? Have you previously worked with VMware? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you I m looking to speak with individuals who are experienced with using Veeam. You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop some of the 1st and 2nd line team. In addition to overseeing the existing infrastructure and networks, there will be the opportunity to recommend improvements and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Provide daily network and infrastructure support and analyse system requirements Analyse existing infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements Resolve technical problems to meet business requirements Investigate service, system and process faults and implement preventative measures Respond to incident reports and investigate as necessary Assist in the implementation of backup and restoration strategies Act as a technical escalation point for the service delivery team for infrastructure issues Create, update and maintain technical documentation as and when required Support and mentor 1st and 2nd line staff The Ideal Candidate Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Capable of prioritising a busy workload Strong problem solving skills Works to exceptionally high standards and promotes that behaviour in others Good collaborator with a can do attitude Proactive attitude with regards self development Desired experience with: Networking Skills LAN/WAN TCP/IP VMware SQL Veeam Cisco/Meraki Cloud Backups If you would like to be considered for this role, apply below or get in contact with Andrew Rose for further details.
