I am currently on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager that is able to Lead a 3rd Line Infrastructure team for a Public Sector enc client we are currently looking to support. Ideally they requriew someone who have extensive experience in ITIL and (preferrably) ServiceNow.�
- Direct a 3rd Line Support team to efficiently respond to incidents and meet the operational demands of the business.
- Work closely with development and engineering teams to identify and deliver Continuous Service Improvements.
- Build strong relations with key business and programme stakeholders.
- Responsible for service performance, KPI metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge or experience of large-scale agile or complex application delivery and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of Service Management practices, ITIL or experience of project/delivery management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW, Jira, Kibana, Dynatrace or Grafana preferrable.
