3rd Line Support Engineer

Must hold active SC Clearance
We are looking for a 3rd line Core Application support Engineer to maintain a complex secure solution. The role will primarily involve incident management on our clients' live system, on incidents that have been escalated from 2nd line resources that are often remotely based environments.
Your responsibilities will also include delivering infrastructure development and testing of upgrades, patches and new software solutions.
