Our client is an IT Managed Service Provider, specialising in Cloud Technologies, IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.About the 3rd Line Support role.As 3rd Line Support you would have the following responsibilities.Troubleshooting and resolving incidents passed from 1st & 2nd lineWorking with internal, external stakeholders and 3rd parties to provide solid incident management resolutionsProgressing all incidents in a timely manner to ensure SLA’s are metTracking of all incidents and escalation and closure of incidents on confirmation from the customer of successful resolutionInstallation and configuration of IT hardware and softwareUser account supportWhat are they looking for.Previous experience working at 2nd line as a minimum for a Managed Service Provider Experience working with Windows Server & Windows 10Good working knowledge of O365Knowledge and experience of WAN/LAN technologiesExperience working with DHCP / DNSHPE server/SAN infrastructures experienceHosted VOIP solutions ideally Gamma HorizonSophos suite of products What’s on offer?Fully remote working A competitive basic salary dependent on experience.Staff benefit packageEmployee development budget
