Job title: Risk Assessor
Location: Warwick/Hybrid
Duration: 6 months initially

The role:
Conduct detailed risk assessments on critical systems, supporting the annual risk report.
Responsibilities:
� Perform risk assessments on critical systems.
� Engage with system owners to understand impacts and draw up a set of risks.
� Prioritise and analyse data to assess risks.
� Assist in developing metrics and reporting of risk to senior management and provide input into relevant business communications / awareness activities.
� Maintain and develop knowledge of the sector, legislative changes and threats to the controls framework or processes.
� Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
� Ensure that security risks are appropriately identified, articulated, assessed, and evaluated.
� Support the selection of controls used to mitigate risks and feed into risk treatment plans.
Requirements:
� Experience in carrying out risk assessments, particularly cyber security risk assessments.
� Understanding of cyber risk management.
� Experience in the energy sector or related fields (nuclear, aerospace, defense).
� Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
� Experience with CNI systems and operation technology systems is a plus.
