Job Opportunity: 4x Cladders

Location: Deeside

Duration: 4 Weeks

Rate: �200-�220 Per Day

Start Date: Immediate

My client is looking for 4x Cladders with either a valid Blue or Gold CSCS card to start immediately on a large new build site doing composite cladding.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring and cutting cladding materials to fit building specifications.
• Installing various types of cladding, including metal, timber, and uPVC.
• Securing cladding panels to buildings using fixings, adhesives, and support structures.
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and building standards.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Sealing and waterproofing joints to prevent leaks and improve insulation.
• Repairing and replacing damaged or worn cladding panels.
• Working at heights using scaffolding, MEWPs, or harness systems.
• Coordinating with other tradespeople, such as roofers and insulation installers, to complete projects efficiently.
• Installing composite cladding panels on commercial and residential buildings.
• Cutting and shaping composite panels for a precise fit.
• Securing composite cladding using screws, clips, or adhesive systems.
• Ensuring proper ventilation and waterproofing behind the cladding system.
• Conducting maintenance and repairs on existing composite cladding installations.

Requirements:

• Driving License
• Valid Blue or Gold CSCS
• IPAF and PASMA
• Own PPE
• Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
