7.5 Tonne Driver

Here at premier recruitment we are looking for 7.5 Tonne drivers to work with our client, who is a leading home delivery department store chain specializing in home furnishings, accessories, and electronics. We are seeking reliable and motivated 7.5t Drivers to join their team on a Temp-to-Perm or ongoing basis.

As a 7.5 Tonne driver you will:

* Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes within the Dartford area.

* Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times and confirm access details.

* Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care.

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries are professional and timely.

* Maintain accurate delivery records and comply with reporting requirements.

* Assist with the assembly of furniture in customer’s homes when required.

Requirements / Skills:

* Valid 7.5t (C1) driving license

* Valid CPC and digital tachograph card.

* Previous experience in multi-drop or furniture delivery is advantageous.

* Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage delivery schedules.

* Presentable appearance to represent the company positively.

* Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

* Reliable and proactive work ethic with excellent customer service focus.
