7.5 Tonne Driver

Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to work for our client based in the Avonmouth area. This will involve multi drop delivery work, you will be working in a team of two, delivering large items such as flat pack furniture, sofas, white goods etc. This will be a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Requirements of a 7.5 Tonne Driver:

• Cat C1 - Experience is ideal, but not essential 
• A valid CPC and Tacho card(s)
• Be able to complete multi drop of large items in a team of two (Manual Handling will be involved)
• Will need to complete an assessment 
• No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

 Details:

• Salary: £14.59ph  -Days
• Working hours: 4 shifts a week out of 7 - Start time - 06.00am start
• Location: Avonmouth
• Duration: On Going with the potential to go perm for the right candidate

Role of a 7.5 Tonne Driver:

• Complete multi drop deliveries in the South East area
• Complete vehicle checks and paperwork correctly
• Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
