7.5T Delivery Driver

Job Advert: Permanent HGV 7.5T Driver
Location: Fenstanton
Salary: �27,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, with reduced hours in the off-peak season and longer hours during peak season.
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and professional HGV 7.5T Driver to join their team in Fenstanton. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a leading supplier to the agricultural and horticultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver agricultural products such as farm chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds to various customers in the agricultural and horticultural industries.
• Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in compliance with road safety regulations.
• Work Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak season (longer hours) and reduced hours in the off-peak season.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and completion of delivery paperwork.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• HGV 7.5T Licence (essential).
• ADR in Packages (preferred), as you will be handling and delivering farm chemicals and fertilizers.
• Previous experience in driving and delivery in an agricultural or similar environment is beneficial.
• Excellent driving skills, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
