AC Engineer - Northampton, Northamptonshire - �42,000

Position: Mobile AC Engineer

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: Up to �42,000 + Van & Fuel Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
• Breakers, change plug sockets, temp tests, fire alarm tests.
• Splits/multi-splits
• VRV/VAV/VRF

Requirements:

• Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not Essential)
• F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
• 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
