AC Engineer

About the role of a AC engineer

We have an opportunity for a AC Engineer to work for a great FM company in London.Our client looks after various commercial sites across London and needs a strong Building services engineer to assist with daily maintenance. You will be given a van with fuel card and travel around the London areas.

Responsibilities for the AC engineer

• Maintenance work on commercial sites
• PPM and reactive work on Air con systems
• Work on FCU and AHU
• Lighting checks
• Plumbing works
• Repairs

Requirements for AC engineer

• Level 3 AC City & Guilds or equivalent
• F GAS

What we offer for the AC engineer

• Salary up to �42K
• Pension
• Van with personal usage
• 21 Days AL
• Stand by cover �140 every 2 weeks
• PPM overtime
• Call out of normal hours overtime
• Hours - 8am to 5 pm
