AC Engineer - Reading, Berkshire - �44,500

Position: Mobile AC Engineer

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: Up to �44,500 + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
• Breakers, change plug sockets, temp tests, fire alarm tests.
• Splits/multi-splits
• VRV/VAV/VRF

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to �44,500
• No Callout
• Static role with an element of mobile covering up to 4 sites in Reading, Slough, Langley & Winnersh (Largely working in Reading)
• Transport: Company Vehicle (Pool Van)
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 Hour working week)
• Lunch Allowance - 1 hour

Requirements:

• Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not Essential)
• F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
• 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
