Director Responsibilities:
As the Director some of your key duties will include:
Academic Programme Management –
develop and implement curriculum, hire and evaluate tutors, and provide academic advising
Staff and Operations Management –
supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance with policies and oversee centre facilities
Student Support –
advise students, manage student life activities, and ensure their well-being during their time in Oxford
Relationship Management –
Build and maintain relationships with Oxford faculty, local academic communities and the home campus staff
Director Rewards

Director Experience
It is essential that the successful candidate can prove the following;
Doctorate degree as a minimum professional requirement
5-7 years in higher education management, with current teaching experience and staff management
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Knowledge of British culture and academic systems
Possess a proactive, flexible, and positive working style
Location
This will be fully office based in Central Oxford, it is essential that you can commit to this before applying.
