We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in an on-site capacity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Support the finance team with audits and regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely financial reporting and cost tracking.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred experience on an ERP Package.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients.
