We�are looking for a part time experienced Account assistant to join our team at Harrow London.�
Tasks:
Administrative support:�
- Filing, handling emails, attending calls.�
- Typing letters and processing incoming mails.�
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.�
Accounting tasks:�
- Processing invoice and payments�
- Managing petty cash transactions�
- Maintaing sale and purcahse accounts.�
Skills:�
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.�
- Must have good knowledge of quickbooks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office.
- Basic book keeping knowledge is a plus.�
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.�
Working hours:�24 hours a week.�
Working days:�Monday - Friday�
