We are looking for a part time experienced Account assistant to join our team at Harrow London.

Tasks:

Administrative support:

* Filing, handling emails, attending calls.

* Typing letters and processing incoming mails.

* Data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Accounting tasks:

* Processing invoice and payments

* Managing petty cash transactions

* Maintaing sale and purcahse accounts.

Skills:

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Must have good knowledge of quickbooks.

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office.

* Basic book keeping knowledge is a plus.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours: 24 hours a week.

Working days: Monday - Friday...
