Summary of the Role
The role of Account Consultant is a key appointment and focuses on the delivery of a large number of contract and temporary vacancies for a single large client (in this case, EDF Energy, via our MSP agreement), securing talent in strategic recruitment programmes across the year. You'll work collaboratively with your assigned customer and the wider team to ensure we are and continue to be the partner of choice for all recruitment and resource activity.
Key Responsibilities
To manage the contract and permanent recruitment process for the client
Recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet customer requirements as well as the proactive identification and submission of suitable candidates
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with clients and Candidates
Create and maintain pool of exceptional applicants to be able to consistently deliver outstanding candidates.
Manage queries and complaints from the client, candidates and colleagues, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with efficiently and timely, escalating to the Account Manager where necessary
Understand and ensure that working practices are compliant with all legislation and company and client specific policies and procedures
Ensure regular communication to the appropriate personnel within the client organisation
Identify new business opportunities
Qualifications, skills & experience
Previous experience recruiting and onboarding candidates, either agency, in-house resourcing or talent acquisition
Working within a target or results driven environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.
