Title: Account Coordinator
Reporting to: Account Support Team Leader
Team: Managed Solutions
Location: Suffolk
You'll support the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates across our client business units in Nuclear Operations, Nuclear New Build and Renewables. You will support to onboarding of candidates across these areas using internal and external processes to provide an excellent experience for the client and candidates. You will also provide support on other activities within these business areas covering existing worker queries.

What You'll Do:


* Take charge of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless journey that extends to effective onboarding.
* Maintain open lines of communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and valuable feedback.
* Create an exceptional onboarding experience for candidates.
* Collaborate with the wider client delivery team, providing support wherever needed.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, external teams and candidates.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of candidate applications and recruitment activity.
* Use internal and client tools to effectively complete the recruitment / onboarding process.
* Develop your industry knowledge, particularly around compliance and onboarding processes.

What You Bring to the Role:


* Experience of working with high volumes of administration.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems
