Its a small, nimble and flexible agency with a superb senior management team where you are given all the opportunities to do more and reach your full potential.The RoleAs Account Director, your focus will be on leading an iconic and well-known household drinks brand. You will be solving brand and communications briefs across a variety of channels, from broadcast to experiential to in-bar. You will be joining a capable and focused client team, supported by a capable Planning team, senior creatives and support functions.The work will be a good mix of below-the-line strategy and comms (shopper, experiential, on and off trade) planning across this soft drink’s portfolio, as well as brand and creative strategy on some of the smaller brands that belong to the portfolio.You will be developing shopper mechanics to entice the retailers, negotiating in-store space with exclusive promotions. You will create an exciting in-store space and also work on trade.Essentially you will be developing innovative and exciting ways to get your clients products into consumers hand, whether it be sampling it at a festival, in a bar or in their weekly shop.As Account Director, you will embed, lead, and grow this important new client for the agency.
