As the Account Director, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and maximising opportunities across there high-value accounts. Your leadership and strategic vision will be crucial in delivering exceptional events that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead our high-growth accounts, ensuring continuous year-on-year expansion. You will drive revenue and identify new opportunities to enhance the agency's offerings while crafting and proposing innovative technical and production solutions aligned with client objectives. Developing lasting relationships with clients will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities. You will understand their motivations and challenges, spearhead new client briefs, and conduct high-value sales calls, ensuring the seamless integration of new business. Taking full ownership of client communication, you will manage the process from initial contact to the signing of Statements of Work (SOW). Project management is a significant part of this role. You will oversee event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time, while aiming to exceed target gross profit. Working closely with project leads, you will ensure that projects meet objectives and agreed timescales. Your coordination with the design and production teams will ensure flawless event execution. In your daily activities, you will maintain direct communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborating with the Head of Client Engagement (HoCE) and VP of Growth, you will identify growth opportunities within accounts. Acting as a strategic partner to clients, you will advise on best practices and strategic direction, serving as the main escalation point for client issues and ensuring swift resolution. During the pre-event coordination phase, you will lead project kickoff calls, delegate responsibilities, and ensure clear communication across the team. Your role will also involve coordinating with the design team to involve them at the earliest stages of the project. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will maintain real-time knowledge of budget items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Post-event, you will compile comprehensive case studies for marketing purposes and conduct internal and external debriefs, communicating key takeaways and action items.
