We are seeking an experienced account director to help us deliver outstanding service for our clients. This role is based in London. A natural leader, you ll work closely with and inspire the team, ensuring end-to-end project delivery of printed point-of-sale campaigns as well as taking the lead on commercial details, strategic development and sales growth for your accounts. We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and proactive professional who will bring drive and enthusiasm to the role and is great at building relationships. An excellent communicator, you will be flexible and organised, with excellent presentation skills and a high level of commercial acumen. Our ideal candidate will be a confident, process-orientated multi-tasker who is calm under pressure, proactive and collaborative. A problem-solver and strategic thinker, you will be able to deliver on time, meeting client deadlines. Essential experience and skills: An impressive track record managing multiple accounts Excellent presentation skills Demonstrable development of existing customer relationships Excellent computer skills on Excel and PowerPoint Experience in managing marketing and point-of-sale briefs from concept to distribution Understanding of production basics, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution Key responsibilities: Be accountable for overall service delivery and all commercial aspects, within the framework of our contract.
