About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Director with Paid Media expertise to join our dynamic team. This role reports to the Head of Client Services and will own the marketing strategy for some of our most exciting clients.Furthermore, the clients you will manage as the Account Director sit within the combat sports vertical. An interest in combat sports (mixed martial arts, boxing and wrestling) are desired, but not essential.As an Account Director, your responsibility is to lead the Paid Media strategy, the account delivery and the account handling.Your mission is to develop and deliver campaigns and projects promptly and in line with the scope of work. With a client-focused mindset, you will collaborate with multi departmental teams to make sure that your strategies and campaigns are a success.As the leader of the project, you will confidently communicate updates to clients on their projects, spot opportunities for us to improve our partnership and to upsell additional services.You will lead a team on your accounts and provide information, training, and support. Inspiring your team with your solutions focused approach to client service, campaign execution, budget management and communication.About you ·
Proven experience working in a similar role, with a focus on overseeing campaigns on Meta, Google and Programmatic Advertising.·
Experience with customer sales and attribution from paid media channels.·
Expertise in measurement, reporting and tracking throughout paid media.·
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.·
Experience working with and passion for the combat sports field.·
A team player who likes working collaboratively to achieve KPI's.·
Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.·
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.·
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.About the Benefits·
