Our customer is a renowned Facilities & Workplace services business they deliver innovative FM solutions to customers in the Technology, Leisure, Corporate and Professional Services sectors. They are known as a high growth, progressive and modern business that has experienced huge global expansion in recent years.We are recruiting for an experienced Account Director to manage a large scale professional services business, the client has a varied estate which includes data centres and corporate office space. Key areas of responsibility includeFinancial and commercial ownership of P&L and budgetary obligationsEnsuring delivery of all FM servicesManagement of leadership team,Building relationships with senior stakeholdersHarnessing project activity to drive contract growthIdentifying commercial opportunitiesDeveloping, leading and upskilling services teamWe are looking for a dynamic and driven lead who can develop customer relationships and drive growth across facilities services. Experience of managing a large P&L is essential (20mil+) .You must have managed FM and Workplace services at a senior level.
