The role involves complete ownership of the estimating process, ensuring that commercial proposals are aligned with our interests. Responsibilities include invoicing clients according to agreed milestones, utilising time logging data to inform commercial decisions, and preparing comprehensive commercial proposals while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client briefs. You will be the go-to person for any account queries or issues, taking full ownership of your account portfolio and serving as the first point of escalation if problems arise. Building strong, genuine relationships with clients is crucial, including entertaining and spending quality time with them outside of routine interactions to establish yourself as a thought leader in digital solutions. You will be responsible for the strategic growth plans of your accounts, regularly investing in client relationships through social and industry events and developing senior C-suite connections. Presenting compelling commercial solutions to clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and focusing on strategies to meet annual account targets are essential. We need you to seek opportunities to discuss wider digital channels helping to grow your profile with clients and their organisations.
