It is our rebellion against the noise of an ultra-connected world and it means we give obsessive attention to every quietly significant detail in order to boost relevance for our clients, people and society.Our team has been continually growing and we’re looking for big thinkers, dot joiners and meaning makers to join us – we have big plans for the future and are looking for an ambitious, proactive and experienced Account DIrector to help us go to the next level. ABOUT THE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAMThe Account Management team leads client relationships and provides highly regarded strategic consultation. They manage projects and orchestrate delivery across mixed discipline teams (creative, strategy, production) ensuring all output is produced to the highest standard, delivering to best practice as well as the client brief. In essence, they are the glue that binds the client and agency partnership together. The team are brand experts – they work with clients as partners, immersing themselves in their brand’s world to provide counsel. They have a solid understanding in all NAS service areas and the latest trends in brand communications in order to effectively guide and grow their accounts. ABOUT YOUAs an Account Director, you build solid client relationships founded on mutual trust, openness and respect. You carefully manage stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes. Your project planning and management skills are built on rigour and you never leave a stone unturned when getting to know your client’s world. You will have 5+ years experience in an account management role at an agency working with well known brands. You have strong strategic and creative judgement and are most satisfied when delivering exciting creative work that meets client needs. You are an Account Director who can:Inspire and influence both your team and clients with thinking that pushes boundaries and increases brand relevance Build respect-fuelled relationships, created with honest and open communication that builds trust and genuine partnerships. You get to know clients and brands through thoughtful questions and immersion Use strategic skills to understand clients’ needs and how the agency can best support them, proactively sharing ideas and seeing them through Steer and direct client relationships to drive momentum on projects and account goals Manage intricate stakeholder relationships internally and externally, understanding as much what people aren’t saying, in order to problem solve and drive solutions Collaborate with specialist teams to plan and accurately scope projects. You have demonstrated experience working with creatives and strategists, understanding these roles and how to collaborate with them for success Speak confidently about the world of brand communications, social media and digitalKeep multiple plates spinning across project deliveries and tight timelines Ensure rigorous project tracking and management through communication channels, documentation and project management tools Communicate effectively to ensure the wider team understands client expectations through excellent written briefs and verbal channels Manage agency finance end-to-end, from creating detailed scopes of work to managing client expectations across delivery, and internal reporting include revenue recognition, budget forecasting and reporting You are an Account Director who happens to be:A critical thinker who knows very well what good ideas look like, but also whether they are right for each platformAn experienced communicator who shines at pitches, but also speaks regularly and efficiently with internal stakeholders to ensure they are updated and aligned on all things related to process, team capacity, resourcing and recruitment
