Job DescriptionAccount DirectorLocation: London – Hybrid Working.Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Commission. If you’re an Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking to work with some of the biggest, international household name brands on exciting social media campaigns: This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!Account Director Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Account Director your work will focus on social media strategy and client management: Maintaining client relationships, growing the accounts you work on, across a range of markets/industries. Additionally, you will:Account leadership as you guide the teams on strategy and output for each client.Lead on social media strategy for a variety of clients in multiple markets.Taking ownership of senior client relationship development: Create, communicate, and deliver account strategy and pans to facilitate client growth.Line and team management, as you lead a large team of 10+.Organising and delivering regular and quarterly reviews, working with Account Manager to ensure delivery meets targets.Predominantly focus on account growth of the multiple clients you manage, as well as new business acquisition.Be integral in the preparation and delivery of new business acquisition and client pitches.Your Skills and ExperienceThe company is committed to supporting you to work how is best for you, as your success is the agency’s success. The agency does ask that you have:4+ years of experience working in client services: With experience at an Account Director or Senior Account Manager level.Experience of working in social media, within an agency.Direct line management experience, and confident in leading large teams 10+.Previous experience of successfully upselling to clients and growing accounts.Experience of working with global brands is ideal.About the CompanyA leading, global social media agency is looking for an Account Director to join them in their London office, and lead on client relationship management and new business.
