We are working exclusively with our client to help them find a remote Account Executive. About: Our client is a market leading SaaS graph database platform allowing disparate data sources to be unified into one knowledge graph that captures specific information using generative AI. With proven success in many real world applications, including fraud detection, supply chain analytics and identity access management, it is now time to bring on an experienced Account Executive to help bring on new customers. Key Highlights: Strong value proposition being one of the fastest, most accurate and cheapest knowledge graph solutions on the market. Deep-tech requires specific expertise making the value-proposition hard to replicate (took 3 years of development before the product was brought to market!). Huge total addressable market where anyone processing large amounts of information is a potential customer; this spans industries including insurance, banking, software, supply chain and the public sector. Technical founder that is very hands-on and willing to support your deals. Strong marketing function generating a substantial amount of MQLs - the current AE is at capacity with only 15% of the MQLs being looked after. This coupled with realistic targets means your OTE is very achievable! One of the first sales people on the ground - this will be your opportunity to help build the company from the ground up and earn promotions along the way. You will report directly to the CEO and have a hand in developing the GTM strategy. Strong backing from notable investors, have raised £12m in total with a recent seed stage of £4m. Currently at £450k ARR with all opportunities generated through inbounds. They have an open source model that is picking up a lot of traction. £80k - £100k base x 2 OTE. Fully remote working and other benefits to be discussed. The Role: Closing 5-to-6 figure deals with department heads in mid and enterprise size organisations. Their economic buyer will vary depending on the use case. Following up on MQLs in a timely manner and qualifying them into the sales pipeline. Running the full sales process from discovery to demo to close using a known sales framework such as MEDDICC, SPIN or Challenger. Using a consultative approach to understand the specific challenge and ROI for a single department within an industry. This will involve developing a technical understanding of the product to appreciate where the value could be for a customer. Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by the senior management team. Close working with the wider commercial and senior team to contribute insights that will eventually lead to the creation of a robust GTM function. Keeping records in the CRM up to date and accurate - reporting is important to the client so they can get the insight required to further develop the sales function. This will also help with accurate forecasting and developing an understanding of where new resources should be deployed. Catch-ups and strategy sessions with the incoming SDR team to ensure everyone is successful. Requirements: At least 3 years of strong closing experience in a complex deal environment carrying a quota of £500k+ - some technical understanding of database technology is a bonus but not necessary. A strong track record of performance against quota, including selling £60k+ opportunities with a 3 month + deal cycle. High aptitude for learning and have experience in a technical sales environment - this could include (but is not limited to) cyber security, big data analytics, blockchain or database providers. Self-starter and proven track record in an early stage start-up. You will need to lead deals from the front and bring in the relevant internal teams where necessary. Good written and verbal communication is essential, you will be liaising with top executives. Are professionally trained in known sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN. Experienced in running complex deal processes, including the requirement for multi-stakeholder engagement. Excited by a fast-paced, dynamic environment that is transforming information security. Benefits: £80k - £100k base x 2 OTE Fully remote working Quick progression Other benefits to be discussed
