Sunbaba Account Executive - Sales Background PreferredAre you interested in the live events business, with a background in sales?Sunbaba, an award-winning large-format print supplier for live events, is seeking a proactive and motivated Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role to join our small and collaborative team.Our client base is wide-ranging, from Glastonbury and the NFL to retail pop-ups and one-off productions. Aspects of our work are highly collaborative and you will be an essential part of a small team. There will be opportunities to contribute to key areas of direction and develop a skillset across a variety of administrative and creative areas.This role involves approximately 75% account-handling duties and 25% outbound sales-related tasks. While the primary focus is on managing and nurturing existing client relationships, the candidate's experience and approach to sales will
influence the role's progression and impact.We're looking for someone who:Boasts a strong track record in sales, demonstrating exceptional client management skills.Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.You've worked in account management before, or you know the live events industry (a plus, but not required). Can contribute to key areas of direction and develop their skillset across administrative and creative areas.While a background in print, branding and design is a plus, it's not mandatory.Key responsibilities include:Planning, delivering, and reporting on targeted sales projects to grow client accounts and achieve revenue goals. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close.Maintaining and growing client relationships beyond the initial purchase, identifying further business opportunitiesSupporting client accounts with a variety of tasks across the Sunbaba portfolio (quotations, POs, invoicing)Prioritising and managing workload to ensure exceptional support for all accountsTaking ownership of essential administrative tasks and delivering them to a high standardActing as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsHandling artwork files and preparing assets for printWhat you'll bring:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success.Strong verbal and written communication skillsA strong multitasker who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlinesA team player with the ability to build strong relationships quicklyProficiency with Apple Mac is a plusBonus points for:Experience with Xero accounting (training provided)Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)We will provide all necessary training on Adobe Creative Suite, Filemaker, Xero, and Google Workspace as part of the onboarding process.Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.Please submit your CV and a cover letter to ##### with the subject line 'Account Executive Sales Role'.We look forward to hearing from you!
