With a focus onSalesforce and HubSpot ecosystems, we are committed to delivering unparalleledresults for our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive with a proventrack record in selling digital transformation solutions. The individual should bebased in London and/or able to commute to London, and other locations in the UK,to meet prospects and maintain deep relationships.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding oftechnology services, and a strong network within the Salesforce and HubSpotecosystems. As an integral member of our sales team, you will be responsible fordriving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, buildingrelationships with key stakeholders, and effectively articulating the value propositionof their services.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenuetargets within the mid-market segment.● Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including COOsand CEOs, to understand their business needs and challenges.● Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to developcompelling value propositions and tailored solutions for clients.● Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects andopportunities for business expansion.● Utilise consultative selling techniques to understand client requirements andpresent customised solutions that address their specific needs.● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contractnegotiations and post-sale follow-up.● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emergingtechnologies to remain competitive in the marketplace.● Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management,highlighting progress against targets and key metrics.Qualifications:● Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on digitaltransformation or technology services.● Extensive experience selling within the mid-market segment, with aconsultative approach.● Active network within the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem, with a strongunderstanding of these platforms.● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulatecomplex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.● Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to driveresults.● Experience selling to enterprise-level clients is a plus.● Previous experience managing investor relationships is desirable.● Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology andinnovation.Compensation and Benefits:● Competitive base salary with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) between £100,000 -£200,000, depending on experience.● Performance-based bonuses and incentives, including team trips such as thecaptain club trip on a super yacht for high performers,.● Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a fast-growingstart-up environment.● Stock-options available.
