We are looking for Customer Service Account Executives to join our rapidly growing corporate customer service department. If you are experienced in working with customers and share our passion for providing high quality service, then we would love to hear from you!The Role:This role, working in our fast-paced corporate accounts team is a true customer account management position, where you will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate customers ensuring their interactions with our business are of the highest standards. This role does not include any sales targets, allowing you to maintain focus on providing “customer first” experiences.By working proactively to manage your customer communications, you will seek to build strong relationships within your portfolio using excellent attention to detail to bring resolutions or to plan for future requirements.On a daily basis, this role involves working with customers over the phone, using email and by video-call so you must be a confident communicator able to adapt your style to changing circumstances and demand.
