Account Executive

Are you an experience new business sales professional with knowledge of the HR space? If so this could be your dream role, as this rapidly expanding employee engagement provider is looking to add a senior BDM / Account Executive to the team selling their full range of solutions to the UK market.The Role:As a senior BDM / AE you will be responsible for developing opportunities with mid market (500-5,000 users) as well as also targeting some enterprise accounts (5,000+). You will be able to tap in to your existing network of contacts within the HR space and have a solid understanding of how to manage and execute both a sales strategy as well as a strong grasp on managing sales processes, in particular within an HR SaaS provider. You will also need to be someone who is comfortable in working the entire sales process from cold call to closingThe Candidate:You will be a highly successful sales professional with a track record of new business within the HR space. Any knowledge or exposure to any of their core offerings would such as employee recognition, employee engagement, employee rewards or employee benefits is advantageous however not essential as product training can be given so people from within talent management, HR SaaS, L & D solutions such as eLearning / blended learning or HR consulting will also be considered on individual merit as long as you have a black book of contacts of HR directors. You will need to be someone that can manage the entire sales process including prospecting and utilizing your existing network of contactsThe Package:On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£75,000 depending on experience, pension, health, and also a very generous uncapped commission plan with an ote which is double your base salary.
