The ideal candidate will be hungry for growth - both personally and professionally. Someone who isn't afraid to get out of their comfort zone, can adapt quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Alongside our team of experts, you will be helping to tell the stories of some of the biggest brands in the B2B space. This includes 1-2-1 communication with the founders, crafting content for campaigns and managing their overall marketing strategy. Not only will you be a huge piece of our business, but you'll also play an integral part in our clients' marketing strategies too.Key ResponsibilitiesTo write stellar storytelling content across social media.To craft story-driven email campaigns for your clients.Ideation and creation of graphics and supporting visuals.To work with the wider team to develop effective campaigns for our clients.To regularly communicate with our clients to ensure they get the best service possible.To have your finger on the pulse with our clients’ industries and lives to ensure we are always 10 steps ahead.To collaborate with Account Managers to make sure we are constantly overdelivering on client's campaigns.Identifying best practices to refine our company’s approach.To happily support our clients wherever needed.To bring your own thoughts and ideas to the table as to how we can improve as a partner and an agency.What We Are Looking ForA track record of high-quality writing.Someone who is heavily interested in copywriting.A deep understanding of storytelling (both short and long-form).Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.Self-motivated with a big work ethic and a desire to learn.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.A genuine love for storytelling.Above all, we want someone who has personality, ambition and a genuine drive to deliver for us and for our clients.
