Strong salary and packageMon to FriHome based with travel to 3 major sites - Bristol, Bolton & StevenageHere at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking for a Senior Technical Leader to join a Key Account within their Production portfolio, with the client operating in the Defence Sector, their estate consisting of Production/Manufacturing facilities and corporate officesWe offer hard and soft services, with engineering delivered by static and mobile staff spanning Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric.There is a capable engineering resource able to deal with day to day issues, meaning we are now looking for a Senior Leader to come in at the Head of Technical level where you will act at the strategic level to craft engineering strategy, ensuring it meets operational, customer and commercial needs.Ideally, we'd hope you could progress to become an Authorising Engineer (AE) and therefore an electrical bias with HV AP/SAP experience being desirable.This is a fantastic role for a Senior Leader to progress their career, on a high profile account in a newly created role and to raise their profile in this segment of the business.Actions will include: Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, supporting on account leadership in the management of service delivery and where required driving local initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting Ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all facility Engineering activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the Account Support and originate technical services initiatives to deliver Account savings glide paths and account plan with detailed and specific objectives of cost savings, consistency and risk management. Support the development / execution and leadership to technicians and Engineers to site level Engineering budgets and forecasts in accordance with Group TS blueprints and the wider financial timetable. Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets to include revenue, expenses, and aged debts targets Manage the net operating revenue and protect margin for the Account Participate in the quarterly forecasting sessionsMeet the agreed Engineering growth targets for the AccountLook for opportunities to cross-sell services and work with other services lines to convert across Accounts Support and lead account technical leadership to be responsible for the leadership of all resources involved in the delivery of Technical Services. (E.g., recruitment, ethics, performance assessment, personal development, personal wellbeing etc. driving company standing as employer of choice. Actively manage the professional development of all account technical leadership under his responsibility. Prepare and implement a Succession Plan for each Engineering Services key position across the Account Be responsible for the implementation of Engineering technology platform to support service delivery in the Account.
