Position:            Account Manager – Large Format
Location:           Manchester

Our well-established signage company in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who has the ability to demonstrate high levels of service, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction combined with developing existing accounts and managing client relationships.


Purpose of the role:



  • Main point of contact for all client related concerns and needs

  • Build and strengthen client relationships

  • Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system

  • Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed

  • Develop a detailed understanding of our products and service offerings.


Role responsibilities:



  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from existing customers

  • Manage and maintain existing accounts

  • Negotiate best costing results, preparing of quotes and booking in of orders

  • Manage client orders from start to completion

  • Purchase requested materials for client orders

  • Address any client concerns and resolve any conflicts that may occur

  • Raise clients’ concerns and needs to the SMT

  • Explain costs / expenditures when discussing new terms / payments with clients

  • After care service to ensure clients are satisfied with products / services

  • Report to sales and marketing teams by evaluating current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions.


Required skills / qualifications:



  • 2 years Account Management experience sales within the print industry – large format/signage highly desirable

  • Experience working with Clarity is desired.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
