You'll ensure that the agreed contract management at the designated account is delivered in line with all Bidvest Noonan Facility Services processes and procedures and in line with the agreed specification and tender documentation agreed with the clients.The Service Manager will report to the Contracts Manager / Key Account Director and is a position within Bidvest Noonan Facility Services and as such they are required to build relationships with the respective Clients, Key Stakeholders and all Bidvest Noonan Facility Services employees working onsite. That they promote a compliant, customer focused, and trained workforce and that all business activity is completed in a professional manner with the interests of the business and the client in mind.This role is predominately based at the Campus, with some travelling for other business activity as required.Key Accountabilities To manage the Cleaning and associated services at the clients siteTo work with the Contracts Manager / Key accounts director and Client team to develop and further enhance the contract including additional services tenders and strategic directionTo ensure financial budgets and targets are achievedTo ensure compliance with all Health and Safety aspects of Contract ManagementEnsure compliance with current Health & Safety LegislationObserve Client and Company statutory fire and safety regulations and promote safe working practicesUndertake measures to create a pro-active culture to Health & Safety by all ISS employees and specialist subcontractors involved in this contractEnsure all subcontractors are inducted to site and provided with access and security requirementsEnsure all relevant risk assessments and documentation for permit to work are reviewed and recorded prior to specialist subcontractor work being undertaken on siteEnsure all quality and compliance audits are carried out by the Supervisory/Management Team in line with the Audit ScheduleConduct audits on standards, SLA’s and H&S in line with the Audit ScheduleEnsure all issues resulting from audits are actioned within given timeframesEnsure all buildings within Campuses are physically visited at least once/monthLiaise with the client representatives and resolve all contractual queriesPromptly deal with complaints and service requestsTake accountability for the day to day successful delivery of the serviceContinually monitor effective and efficient opportunities to improve services and productivityEnsure services are provided within budget and all financial controls are adhered toImmediately report to designated person any discrepancies to the monthly figures that may have a detrimental effect on the P&L accountEnsure completion of any financial trackers and forecasting documentation are sent to the Key Accounts Director by the required deadlineEnsure all Statutory Compliance and Health and Safety documentation is constantly up to dateEnsure all employee personnel records are maintained and filed securelyEnsure the DBS and Right to Work processes are carried out and documentation is complete for the specific site requirementsExperience & Skills required Previous experience in a similar roleExcellent customer serviceEffective communication skills using multiple approaches to effectively manage staff and site issuesWorks collaboratively with others, involving and encouraging other team membersWhat we can offer youPaid holidaysPension planProgression opportunitiesWRKIT Employee Benefits Platform which give you access to savings at big retailers viaDiscounts/Cash back and Shopping CardsHSF – a health cash plan and personal accident benefit with added services
