Account Manager (Direct Sourcing Team) / Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire / Up to �50,000

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our clients Direct Sourcing team, where you'll work closely with cross-functional departments, manage supplier performance, and play a critical role in delivering the materials and components needed for production.

Location / Hours:

• Based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
• Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Monday - Thursday: 8am to 5pm
• Friday: 8am to 12pm

Account Manager Requirements:

• Sourcing experience within a production environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (such as SAP) and supply chain processes
• Excellent data analysis and Excel skills
• Knowledge of import/export regulations
• Desirable: Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing methods
• Advantageous: Experience with tendering, RFI, and RFQ processes
