Their health team focuses on building science-backed creative campaigns targeting patients and caregivers as well as healthcare professionals and payers.The successful candidate will be able to work on various projects across the full spectrum of healthcare advertising deliverables, working alongside global clients.With a vibrant and sociable team environment, intensive on-the-job coaching, and a targeted training program supplemented by an excellent benefits package, my client values the difference in their employees and strongly emphasises creating opportunities for advancement that complement and develop strengths and further careers.Role & Responsibilities:Has a thorough level of understanding of the healthcare communications environmentTo lead/manage client accounts by taking responsibility for client service and financial deliveryDevelop, plan, own, and deliver communication projects for clients, acting as the key point of contact for both internal and external (suppliers and client) stakeholdersBeing accountable on projects, including having a clear picture of all aspects of the project(s) and delivery timelines, including highlighting issues and solutions to account leads in advanceConfidently understand and discuss what is right creatively for that client, the brand and their brand journey. Understand where the agency is taking the work.Play a vital role in the continuous improvement of integrated project delivery operationsExcellent organisational skills and a good grasp of the critical nature of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective time management skills with the ability to delegate and manage both upward and downwardsHave a solid grasp of the production process and support your creative team with protecting the craft in executionEstablish trust with a client and develop and maintain strong relationshipsDeveloping an understanding of new therapy areas quickly and comprehensively, inspiring confidence in the clientContribute to strategic plans and proposalsManage and take proactive steps to maximise client profitability through accurate budgeting and budget trackingActively participate in new business pitch teams through all stages of the planning processCreate new business opportunities with existing clients by identifying their needs and goalsPrepare/manage the delivery of weekly/monthly account status reportsRequirements: Degree (preferably life science)High level of drive, motivation, and initiativeAbility to motivate, lead by example, train, mentor, develop and share best practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised with exceptional time management skillsAbility to problem-solve effectively and make decisionsAwareness of industry guidelines (ABPI) and best practice and their applicationExperience working in Healthcare Communications (agency)#medcomms #medicalcommunications #medicalwriter #medicaleducation #healthcareadvertising #healthcare #pharmaAccount Manager – Healthcare Advertising
