Job DescriptionThe Retail Account Manager position is a new hire within the Commerce team in the agency and aimed at delivering best-in-class online retail strategy and uncovering growth opportunities. The successful applicant will have strong communication, and presentation skills, and contribute to solving client business problems in a matrixed organisation.
We’re looking for somebody with experience in campaign management, with an understanding of eCommerce and data insights. Experience or interest in social commerce is a plus. The role involves assessing challenges, offering innovative solutions, and effectively communicating these to a client audience alongside the team.
