A fantastic brand-new role has become available to join a very reputable software house who have very ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining the business as a Client Account Manager where you will be responsible for the successful implementation of projects and programs across key client accounts.

Your role as an Account Manager will be focussed on supporting current clients, covering daily account interactions, account management, project management and some element of sales / upselling. You will be the first point of contact for your designated client base, and you'll liaise with internal product and project management teams to ensure full lines of communication are open and available.

The position will be a predominantly remote one, where you'll be able to go to the office once or twice a week depending on meetings and perhaps more so in the first few months of your employment where you will be learning and being trained. They are a really flexible company on that front, in terms of working hours and working from home.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with previous experience as an Account Manager or similar, working for a software house or within a technical environment or a digital agency. Any experience of being able to cross-sell or up-sell to existing clients would be advantageous, although this is not a sales role per say.

The company is looking for an individual who can not only manage their existing accounts, but also bring in new ideas and improve existing processes.

If you have Project Management experience or frameworks then this would be highly advantageous.
