The successful candidate will be commercially focused to drive new sales on their territory, having a proven track record of compression and wound care sales experience, covering the Birmingham and Solihull, Hereford & Worcestershire, Black Country & West Birmingham: Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton areas.Key responsibilities:Drive sales on territory, hitting or exceeding key performance indicators, exploiting high value and new sales opportunities along multi-product and/or sole-provider formulary inclusions.Deliver value propositions to current account and to secure future business.Working proactively and collaboratively with regional and marketing colleagues.Develop and execute sales plans, providing monthly updates.To be considered for the role, you must be closely match the following criteria:Demonstrable experience selling compression and / or wound care productsCommunity and procurement sales experiencePassion for and experience in wound care and compression therapyWorked commercially, having a good understanding of sales processesExcellent communication skillsGood planning and organisational skillsFull valid driving licenseEligibility documentation to work in the UK.
