Account Manager

Account Manager | Ongar, Essex | Part Time – initially 3 days per week | On-Site | £15 per hour

Our client is an Essex based home fragrance manufacturer, operating from their beautiful facility in the heart of the Essex countryside. They manufacture candles, reed diffusers and room sprays for many well-known high street and prestigious brands, offering a fully bespoke service, contract filling and white label goods.

Although no experience is necessary as full training will be provided, it would be an advantage if you have knowledge or experience in product development or manufacturing, and an understanding of supply chain and critical paths.

The employer is looking for a person who will learn and grow with the company, although the post is initially part time, they expect that as experience grows there will be an opportunity to increase the number of contracted hours/days.

You will be welcomed into an upbeat and conscientious team, who all have a passion for quality and the industry in general. The team are highly supportive of each other and share the same optimising goals.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experience in client-facing roles and providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation, record keeping and time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle

What will your role look like?

The role will predominantly involve:

• Managing clients and seeing their products through, development, regulatory and production processes, through to final delivery
• General admin tasks
