Account Manager –Based Wilmslow

Salary up to £30,000 up to £32,000 plus uncapped OTE, incentives and benefits

My client is looking for an exceptionally talented entrepreneurial and experienced customer-centric Account Manager to join a cutting edge recruitment technology platform.

As an Account Manager you will work in a B2B marketplace and ideally have previous experience of working in the recruitment market with first-hand experience of working with candidates and clients.

As an Account Manager, you will play a central and vital role to ensure all customers are supported when using the tech platform, whilst being instrumental in onboarding new employer customers, whilst being the main point of contact.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have to demonstrate the following:

* An expert in the recruitment market with first-hand experience of collaborating with candidates either as an in-house or external recruiter.

* Cross-selling and upselling sales skills

* Proven experience of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues

* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task

* Able to contribute to product and team development in a highly collaborative environment.

* Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping customers navigate their way through the recruitment process.

* Friendly but determined to demonstrate the value of a marketplace product to new customers.

* Commercially minded with a solid understanding of the importance of key accounts and customer relations.

* Have a good balance of empathy with customers, an analytical mind to identify opportunities for customers to achieve their recruitment goals.

* Be a highly responsive individual and understand the importance of responding quickly to daily challenges.

* Previous experience of working in a target-driven environment and be able to translate daily performance targets into activity and take responsibility for meeting those targets.

* Good knowledge/experience of working with CRM systems ideally HubSpot.

* Be highly organised within an ability to multi-task to manage multiple priorities.

* Must have excellent IT skills required – Word, Excel etc
