About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual who is motivated and results driven. You don’t have to have specific experience within our industry to be considered for this role, we would like someone with enthusiasm, a hard-working attitude and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!

As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and securing profitable revenues from both existing and new international and UK customer accounts. You will ensure customers have the best possible experience by offering outstanding service and embodying the company's values.

What our Account Manager will be responsible for:

Engaging with key client contacts to build multi-level relationships.
Keep clients informed of new offerings, business trends, and industry updates.
Collaborate with customers to develop business objectives for designated accounts then creating a strategic business plan to achieve these objectives, focusing on both client and company goals.
Ensure the communication of plans and key objectives to both clients and company operational teams for each applicable account.
Acting as the gatekeeper for contract negotiation and management, understanding the terms of the contract to ensure contractual commitments and KPIs are continually met.
Use a consultative approach to position “value-added” products and services and expand business to achieve additional growth and revenues.
Manage (with support of CCO) account performance and profitability by reviewing client accounts, submitting budgets and forecasting on a monthly basis.
Coordinate and support the preparation of designated clients’ annual budget (under the direction of the CCO).

Location: Chandler's Ford Industrial Estate, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 4BY
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 38.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000- £35,000 plus performance bonus scheme (50% of basic salary is achievable within first year).
