We have a very exciting Account Manager position to recruit for a company in Dudley. This company have been established over 40 years and are fortunate they have a very strong customer base.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships. The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • �Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • �Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements and objectives.
  • �Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • �Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to management.
  • �Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • �Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • �Chasing your clients for feedback with the intention of converting your quotes into orders.
  • �Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver client solutions.
  • �Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • �Communicating with clients to obtain an accurate assessment of tender requirements
The candidate will have the following skills:
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
�Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
�Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
�Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
�Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
�Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
�Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
�High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.
