Account Manager – £38,000 - £42,000 – London / HybridSeeking an experienced Account Manager looking to work on a diverse port-folio of clients, for a world-class creative production agency.Central location and hybrid workingFantastic work culture, supportive and encouraging of personal growthWorking across a range of deliverables including OOH, socials, TVC, print and digitalWork closely with your AD to build your skills in managing production and adaptation needs of several markets. You will be managing important stakeholder relations and multiple cross-agency projects, and as such your client services and organisational skills will be second to none. As this is a busy role, and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for someone who has been an AM for at least 1 year already.Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with the AD, SAM, and the lead creative agency to understand the background of each campaign and the available assets for various markets.Coordinating briefings and managing the workflow of projects with internal production teams, including Video, Print, Digital, and Translation.Engaging with local client teams to understand their requirements and manage the approval process.Assisting the AD in preparing internal reports and client presentations.Ensuring that adaptation work aligns with the brand’s guidelines.Drafting and distributing contact reports and agendas.Overseeing project finances with the support of the broader AM team.Key Requirements You have 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.You possess Client/Account management skills, and ideally, Production management skills.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are attuned to the clients business needs.You are a hands-on operator who can think creatively and innovatively.You are digitally savvy and enthusiastic about the creative production business.You can work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.You are confident, diplomatic, and goal-oriented.You excel in prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.You have experience working on global accounts (preferred).You can speak multiple languages (highly desired).To find out more, please apply today!Source is passionate about providing a working environment that is welcoming, supportive and equitable for all.
